Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unopened Products: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unopened items within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. The product must be in its original, unopened condition, including all packaging and seals intact.
Defective Products: In the rare event that you find a product to be defective after opening, we are here to help. You may return the opened item within 30 days of purchase. Please provide a detailed description of the defect and, if possible, photographic evidence to support your claim. Upon receipt and verification of the defect, we will offer you a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
How to Make a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ihfactors.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely, including the original receipt or proof of purchase, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Send the item to our return address 3849 E Broadway Blvd, #155, Tucson, AZ 85716. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Processing Returns:
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
Exceptions and Exclusions:
- Items that are opened and not defective cannot be returned.
- Products purchased beyond the 30-day window are not eligible for return.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Damages and Issues With Your Product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
